Experience: 5-10 years (Minimum 2 years in NDT/Automated Solutions Sales)
Education: B.E./B.Tech (Electronics/Mechanical/Electrical); MBA preferred
Industry Focus: Automotive manufacturers (Pressure Die Casting & Auto Components)
Travel Requirement: 50%+
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and business development in the Automotive segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Achieve revenue targets and execute strategic market plans.
- Represent Blue Star in industry forums and events.

- Experience with X-Ray & UT technologies.
- Strong industry network and business acumen.
