Job Summary:

Aurika Homes is looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead and drive real estate sales operations at the Bareilly location. The ideal candidate will manage the sales team, achieve sales targets, ensure strong customer relationship management, and represent the brand with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Convert walk-ins, inquiries, and leads into confirmed bookings.
  • Conduct site visits, property presentations, and customer meetings.

Team Management

  • Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Monitor daily sales performance and provide ongoing support & coaching.
  • Allocate leads to the sales team and ensure effective follow-ups.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Understand client requirements and offer the best property solutions.
  • Ensure smooth handholding of customers from inquiry to booking to possession.

Market Research & Strategy

  • Analyse competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences.
  • Recommend pricing, promotional activities, and sales strategies.
  • Participate in property exhibitions, promotional events, and channel partner meets.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and management teams for project updates.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and sales processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 510 years of experience in real estate sales (Mandatory).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead a team and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication.
