Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Manager, based in Nashik. The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets and developing and maintaining client relationships. Responsibilities include creating and implementing sales strategies, conducting market analysis, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role demands the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and provide regular sales reports to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Market Analysis
  • Strong team management, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment combining on-site and remote work
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
  • Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a significant advantage
