Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pammal , Chennai for a Telesales Specialist. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers over the phone, addressing their inquiries, and promoting the company's products and services. The role includes identifying customer needs, maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a positive customer experience through professional communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent Customer Service and Customer Support skills to ensure client satisfaction and build lasting relationships
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information and build rapport
• Proven Sales skills and ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Willingness to participate in Training programs to improve product knowledge and sales techniques
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and telecommunication tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales or a related field is preferred
