Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team, drive revenue growth, and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve business targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for residential and commercial projects.
Generate and convert leads through digital marketing, walk-ins, channel partners, referrals, and other sources.
Monitor daily sales activities, follow-ups, site visits, bookings, and conversions.
Recruit, train, and develop sales executives and managers.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
Analyse sales performance and prepare regular MIS and sales reports.
Coordinate with CRM, Marketing, and Operations teams for smooth sales execution.
Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Requirements
Minimum 2- 5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
Strong knowledge of residential, commercial, plotting, or apartment sales.
Proven ability to lead and manage a sales team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Target-oriented with strong customer-handling and closing abilities.
Good knowledge of local real estate markets and sales processes.
