Job Description

The Sales Manager will drive revenue and growth by leading a team of sales professionals to achieve ambitious targets. This role plays a critical part in shaping our sales strategy, optimizing performance, and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will leverage extensive industry experience to foster relationships and ensure client satisfaction while mentoring the sales team for success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate goals and maximize revenue growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive long-term partnerships.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 7 to 15 years of experience in sales management or a relevant field.
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and CRM software.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in training and developing high-performing sales teams.
