Role Description

This is a hybrid contract role for a Sales Manager, based in Indore with partial work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Manager will oversee business development efforts, collaborate with clients to identify financial solutions, and manage a team to achieve sales targets. Key responsibilities include maintaining relationships with existing clients, sourcing new business opportunities, assessing client financial needs, and delivering tailored loan solutions. The role also requires reviewing performance metrics and contributing to strategic sales initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
