Role Description
We are seeking a Sales Manager and Relationship Officer for a full-time, on-site role based in Panvel. The role involves building and managing customer relationships, generating leads, and driving sales of affordable housing finance products. Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, developing strategic partnerships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining timely follow-ups with clients. The individual will collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and disbursal of home loans while adhering to compliance and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in sales and business development, including the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Experience in the housing finance, mortgage, or financial services sector is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in market research, identifying opportunities, and developing sales strategies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with attention to detail and adherence to compliance standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven track record in client onboarding, customer engagement, and resolving customer queries efficiently.
- Familiarity with the Panvel region's real estate and housing market is an advantage.
