Experience: Personal Loans / Business Loans / Mortgage / Home Loans.
Team Handling: Must have experience hiring and managing a minimum of 5 people.
Role: Recruit, lead, and drive sales targets for a team of Relationship Managers.

2. Relationship Manager (Individual Contributor)

Experience: Hands-on sales experience in PL / BL / LAP / HL.
Role: Lead generation, client acquisition, and closing loan disbursals.
