Sales Manager

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Drive sales growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations aligned with customer needs.
• Manage sales pipelines and records accurately using CRM and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing and business initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethics, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, or equivalent).
• Strong problem-solving skills with good oral communication and self-driven motivation.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in a Sales Manager within the semiconductor industry or in related equipment sales.
• A good team player with strong multitasking abilities.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
