We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager for our Alternate Channel in the Used Car Loan sector. The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years of experience in sales and a passion for driving business growth through innovative strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies for used car loans through alternate channels.
- Identify and establish partnerships with dealerships and other financial institutions.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the used car loan sector.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Train and mentor junior sales staff as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the financial services industry, particularly in lending and loans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
