About the Role : We are building an AI inference platform designed for enterprises that need predictable performance, regional control, and scale. This role leads our India commercial motion, focusing on enterprise, digital-native, and regulated sectors. You will own the full sales cycle, drive anchor customer wins, and shape the GTM as we scale.
Responsibilities:
. Open and grow strategic accounts across BFSI, fintech, edtech, health, logistics, SaaS, and digital-native sectors in India.
. Drive demand for inference, GPU infrastructure, and agent-layer workloads with a clear value narrative.
. Work directly with founders, CIOs, CTOs and AI leaders to identify high-value inference use cases.
. Build and convert a pipeline of anchor customers for our inference clusters and managed AI services.
. Lead commercial structuring, pricing, account strategy and long-term contracts.
. Partner with product and engineering to tailor solutions for complex workloads.
. Run a tight operating rhythm: forecasting, pipeline hygiene, account planning and competitive intelligence.
. Influence product roadmap based on India enterprise needs.
. Build early customer references and case studies to accelerate adoption.
. Operate like an owner in a startup environment where pace and clarity matter
Skills & Qualifications
. 7 to 12 year's experience in enterprise sales, cloud, AI, or infrastructure-as-a-service.
. Strong technical depth across cloud compute, GPUs, inference, LLMs or data platforms.
. Proven success selling to enterprise CIO/CTO/Head of AI personas.
. Ability to run complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and long evaluation paths.
. Strong understanding of AI workloads in India: fintech, payments, edtech, healthtech, SaaS.
. Experience in early-stage or zero-to-one teams where ambiguity and speed are the norm.
. Commercial sharpness: pricing models, contract negotiation, and multi-year deal structuring.
. Ability to translate technical value into clear business outcomes.
