Inder Enterprises is hiring a Sales Manager Aerospace (Business Development + Account Growth) to drive new business and grow existing customers for precision machining, tooling/fixtures, and assemblies.
Location: Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh (Delhi-NCR)
Type: Full-time | On-site + local travel (Delhi-NCR; occasional outstation)
What you will do
New Business Development (Hunter)
- Win business from Aerospace OEMs + Tier-1/2 manufacturers
- Build a target list, map stakeholders (Procurement/Engineering/Quality), drive vendor registration RFQ first PO
- Run outreach via LinkedIn + email + calls + customer visits
Account Management (Farmer)
- Grow existing customer revenue through repeat orders, cross-sell (tooling/fixtures/assemblies), and higher-value work
- Own customer cadence: follow-ups, forecast, coordination with production/quality, issue resolution
RFQ Quote Closure
- Own RFQ pipeline end-to-end: qualification, requirement capture (drawing/specs/material/finish/inspection), internal alignment, quote submission, negotiation, closure
- Improve quote discipline: response time, completeness, follow-up rhythm, win/loss learning
LinkedIn & Marketing Support
- Execute a weekly LinkedIn plan: capability posts, case studies, process/quality highlights that generate meetings and inbound RFQs
What we're looking for (Must-have)
- 512 years of B2B industrial sales (preferably aerospace / precision manufacturing / machining / tooling)
- Proven experience selling to OEMs / Tier-1 / Tier-2 in RFQ-based environments
- Comfortable working with drawings/specs, tolerances, materials, QA documentation (FAI/traceability concepts are a plus)
- Strong follow-up discipline; able to manage pipeline using CRM/trackers
- Based in Delhi-NCR and ready for field sales travel
Good-to-have
- Aerospace quality exposure (AS9100/FAI/traceability mindset)
- Existing relationships in aerospace supply chain in India
- Experience selling high-mix low-volume machined parts/tooling
