Educational Qualifications:
- Master's in Business Administration (MBA)
Experience:
- 8-10 years of Experience in Sales of 3PL, Warehousing and Distribution, Project and Break-Bulk Logistics.
- Experience in Sales of Project and Break-Bulk Logistics
- Expertise in serving industries such as B2B and B2C.
- Expertise in Handling Heavy Engineering, Industry Goods and Cold Chain Contract Logistics Businesses.
Salary Range:
Rs. 8 LPA to Rs. 10 LPA
Key Competencies:
- Excellent Market Connects.
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills.
- Knowledge of Solution Design.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional negotiation and relationship management (PR) skills.
- In-depth knowledge of 3PL Warehousing, and should be from Hard Core Sales.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Acquisition of New Warehousing businesses, ensuring profitability to meet budgeted targets.
- Acquisition of new customers for Project n Break Bulk logistics.
- Map the market and maintain market intelligence of customers in the region.
- Actively participate in the new RFQ/RFP process related to 3PL, Project and Break-Bulk Logistics
- Actively work on the details proposal of Project n Breakbulk logistics
- Engage in contract and commercial negotiations with clients.
- Represent the company at supply chain events to identify and develop opportunities for 3PL and Project Logistics.
