Position: Sales Manager 3 Wheeler (Commercial & Passenger)

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Growth
- Drive sales for both commercial (cargo) and passenger 3-wheeler vehicles.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales & revenue targets.
- Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and improve market share.
- Identify and close fleet, institutional, and retail business opportunities.
Dealer & Channel Management
- Manage dealer performance and ensure adherence to company standards.
- Support dealers with sales training, product knowledge, and marketing support.
- Build partnerships with NBFCs/banks to boost financed sales.
Customer Relationship Management
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement.
- Handle escalated complaints and ensure quick resolution.
- Drive repeat sales, referrals, and AMC/extended warranty adoption.
Marketing & Promotions
- Plan and execute local marketing campaigns, roadshows, and brand activations.
- Collaborate with marketing team for digital, rural, and BTL (below-the-line) promotions.
- Track ROI on campaigns and adjust strategy accordingly.
Team Leadership
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team (executives/field officers).
- Conduct regular performance reviews and set achievable goals.
- Implement incentive schemes and drive productivity.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and new product launches.
- Gather market insights to support product positioning and strategy.
- Submit accurate MIS and sales reports to management.
Requirements
- Graduate/MBA in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- 410 years of automobile sales experience (3-wheeler/LCV preferred).
- Strong track record in both commercial (cargo) and passenger vehicle sales.
- Proven experience in dealer/channel management and fleet sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively within territory.
