Role Description The Sales Manager role at Reackon Concrete Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Nagpur. The Sales Manager will oversee and grow sales for ready-mix concrete, moulds, pigments, and related construction products by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and managing key accounts. Daily responsibilities include meeting clients such as contractors, builders, and distributors; preparing and presenting quotations; negotiating pricing and terms; and ensuring timely order processing in coordination with production and logistics teams. The role also involves tracking market trends, monitoring competitor activity, setting sales targets, and preparing regular sales reports and forecasts for management. The Sales Manager will collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction, address technical queries, and support promotional activities and product demonstrations.

Qualifications

Strong sales, business development, and account management skills, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Knowledge of construction materials, ready-mix concrete, paver blocks, moulds, and related products, or willingness to quickly learn technical product details.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for interacting with customers, partners, and internal teams.
Proven ability in relationship building, customer service, and problem-solving within a fast-paced, field-oriented environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field; relevant experience in construction or building materials sales is highly preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with proficiency in basic computer applications and reporting tools.
Comfort with on-site client visits, local travel within Nagpur and surrounding regions, and working both independently and as part of a team.
