We are hiring on behalf of our UK partners, masters of a new technology. We are looking for an Inside Sales Specialists to help us introduce a category-defining technology to the global market,
currently focusing on the Saudi + GCC market. We aren't just selling another solution, we are lunching The Solution; we are launching a proprietary gas detection platform with patented features that currently have no direct competitor in the global market. About the Role
As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be the engine of our growth. You will manage the full sales
cycle from the comfort of your home office, targeting industries ranging from Oil & Gas and
Chemical Processing to Renewables and Manufacturing.
If you are the perfect candidate, then you will be able to achieve sales targets that will be your exboss jealous. Your mission is to educate the market on our new technology, demonstrate its unique
value proposition, and convert technical interest into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Education: Articulate the New Advantage of our new gas detection technology to safety managers and engineers
  • Lead Generation & Management: Identify and qualify high-value opportunities within the industrial instrumentation space
  • Technical Consulting: Understand client pain points where traditional gas detection has failed and present our solution as the definitive answer
  • Pipeline Mastery: Manage the CRM meticulously, ensuring consistent follow-up and high conversion rates
  • Global Collaboration: Work closely with our technical and marketing teams to relay market feedback on our groundbreaking features

Candidate Profile:

  • Experienced: 3+ years in Inside Sales or Business Development, specifically within Industrial Instrumentation, Automation, or Gas Detection.
  • Technical Aptitude: You can comfortably discuss LEL, PPM, sensor life-cycles, and industrial safety protocols.
  • Growth Mindset: You are energized by the evangelist phase of a product launch.
  • Self-Starter: Proven track record of hitting targets while working independently in a remote environment.
  • Location-less: We accept applications based in most countries, priority will be given to candidates based in: India, Pakistan, Egypt, Jordan, Turkey and UK (preferably with past experience in GCC markets)
  • Home Office Ready: You have already available Stable, high-speed internet and a professional home office setup.
  • Communication Mastery: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and written/verbal communication skills (English and/or Arabic). Able to confidently speak to client's top management (Managers, VPs)
