Sales Manager Low Voltage Motors
Location: Vapi Territory (Reporting Office: Mumbai)
Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Sales Manager with strong expertise in Low Voltage Motors, a passion for sales and marketing, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
- Responsible for sales and marketing of Low Voltage Motors in the assigned territory.
- Identify potential areas and opportunities for growing the Low Voltage Motors business.
- Provide techno-commercial support to customers and generate business from OEMs and end users.
- Execute cost optimization initiatives to improve win rates and overall profitability.
- Drive market strategies for Low Voltage Motors through competitor analysis and winloss analysis.
- Analyze market data and trends to define suitable actions and provide strategic inputs.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of B.E. / Diploma in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
- Strong technical knowledge with proven CRM development and negotiation skills.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to independently interact with clients for technical and commercial discussions.
- Prior experience in customer handling roles will be an added advantage.
