Sales Logistics Manager

The Raj Company is one of the world's leading sources of fine custom furniture. We also have an extensive collection of antique and colonial furniture.

The Sales Logistics Manager will be a core part of our team and will need to be working full-time in our office in Mumbai.

Responsibilities

• Face to face sales role including interacting with clients, creating solutions, ensuring a pleasant and smooth sales process
• Coordinating after-sales service
• Responding to online inquiries and managing customer interactions on email
• Coordinating logistics for shipping process including assisting with shipping document preparation
• Handling administrative responsibilities and coordinating with operations team
• Assisting in execution of email marketing

Qualifications

- 2-3 years work experience in a sales/logistics role. Plus to have worked with in the furniture or design space

-Fluent English speaker

- Customer-facing work experience with a proven ability to deliver results

- Confident, articulate and professional

-Team Player

-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
