Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Knowledge Park 3, Greater Noida for a Leasing Manager. The Leasing Manager will be responsible for overseeing lease administration, conducting market research, managing property leases, coordinating client retention efforts, and ensuring efficient property management. Daily tasks include negotiating lease terms, understanding market trends, maintaining positive relationships with clients, and organizing property management activities.

Qualifications

• Experience with leases and lease administration
• Proficiency in conducting market research and analyzing market trends
• Skills in property management and maintaining operational efficiency
• Ability to coordinate resident retention efforts and ensure resident satisfaction
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong networking with IPC's
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
• Understanding of local real estate laws and regulations is a plus
