Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Leasing Manager, based in Gurugram. The Leasing Manager will oversee the day-to-day leasing operations, manage client relationships, conduct market research, handle lease administration, and ensure efficient property management. Responsibilities include negotiating lease agreements, retaining clients, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth property operations.

• Strong market research skills and the ability to analyze market trends
• Experience in property management to ensure seamless building operations
• Proven ability to create and implement resident retention strategies
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and manage stakeholder relationships
• Previous experience in corporate leasing or commercial real estate is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field is a plus
