. Drive B2B corporate sales for refined sugar, targeting large-scale wholesalers, institutional buyers, and bulk consumers.
. Identify and onboard new high-volume clients across UP and Bihar to expand market presence.
. Develop region-specific sales strategies aligned with business goals and market potential.


. Build strong, long-term relationships with key wholesalers, distributors, and corporate clients.
. Conduct regular client meetings and site visits to understand needs and ensure high satisfaction levels.
. Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts to secure profitable deals.


. Focus on expanding business in the UP and Bihar regions through frequent travel and direct client engagement.
. Represent the company at trade events, expos, and B2B networking opportunities within the territory.


. Work closely with logistics, production, and accounts teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and client support support.
. Provide regular market feedback to the senior management team for product and pricing strategy improvements.
. Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and coordination for dispatch, delivery, and payment follow-ups.


. Full-time onsite role based at company location, with 6-day working structure.
. Willingness and ability to travel extensively across UP and Bihar to drive sales and maintain customer relationships.
