Role Overview
Staffingine is seeking a senior Sales Leader to build, scale, and operationalize a high-performing US staffing sales engine. This role goes beyond individual deal-making and focuses on creating repeatable, disciplined, and data-driven sales execution.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in US staffing sales, a strong understanding of SI and MSP ecosystems, and the leadership maturity to design processes, build teams, and drive predictable revenue growth. This is a senior leadership role with real ownership, accountability, and influence on the company's growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Design and execute the overall US staffing sales strategy aligned with Staffingine's growth goals
- Drive acquisition of new SI and MSP logos across IT and professional staffing
- Expand and deepen existing client relationships, increasing wallet share and long-term value
- Build a predictable revenue pipeline through structured sales execution
Sales Operations & Process Discipline
- Establish and enforce sales processes, playbooks, and governance across the sales lifecycle
- Implement and maintain CRM rigor, ensuring accurate forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and reporting
- Leverage sales automation, data, and analytics to improve efficiency and decision-making
- Define KPIs, dashboards, and review cadences to track performance and outcomes
Team Leadership & Enablement
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-caliber US staffing sales team (hunters, account leaders, support roles)
- Define roles, responsibilities, and team structure to support scale
- Coach teams on enterprise selling, stakeholder management, and value-based conversations
- Foster a culture of accountability, discipline, and continuous improvement
Client & Market Engagement
- Operate comfortably in the US market, engaging directly with enterprise clients and partners
- Travel to the U.S. as needed for client meetings, negotiations, and relationship building
- Represent Staffingine as a trusted partner at senior client and ecosystem levels
- Stay current on US staffing market trends, buyer behavior, and competitive dynamics
Required Skills & Competencies
- Deep expertise in US staffing sales (IT and/or professional staffing)
- Strong understanding of MSP and SI sales models
- Proven ability to build and scale sales engines, not just close deals
- Expertise in CRM platforms, sales automation, and data-driven forecasting
- Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline
- Executive-level communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to balance hands-on involvement with leadership and delegation
- High ownership mindset with comfort in ambiguity and growth environments
Experience & Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in US staffing sales, including senior leadership roles
- Demonstrated success selling to enterprise and mid-market US clients
- Experience working in fast-growing or scaling staffing organizations
- Proven track record of adding new logos and expanding existing accounts
- History of building and leading sales teams and sales operations
- Experience working with US-based clients while operating from India or offshore locations
- Willingness and ability to travel to the United States as required
