Role: Sales Leader: Plant Engineering Services for U.S. Market

Location: Anywhere in India, Bengaluru highly preferred

Education: B. Tech / B.E in Engineering; additional MBA preferred

Experience: 7 - 15 years total experience. 5 - 10 years experience selling Plant Engineering Services in the U.S.

Domain Knowledge: Oil and Gas, Nuclear, Power, Chemicals, Water and FMCG industries

Responsibilities:

The role will primarily focus on selling to:

  • Large and Mid Size EPCs
  • End-user Companies in Process Industries (Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Power, Water, Nuclear, FMCG)
  • Integrators in Process Industries

Services & Solutions Scope

Selling end-to-end Plant Engineering services including:

  • Process, Mechanical, Civil/Structural, Piping
  • Electrical & Instrumentation
  • Controls & Automation Engineering
  • PLC, SCADA, DCS, HMI
  • Industry 4.0, IoT & Digital Manufacturing

Responsibilities:

  • Develop / Implement strategic and operational sales plan
  • Primary focus on new logo hunting
  • Create pipeline of high-value accounts
  • Focus will be on new customer acquisition and winning long-term strategic customers
  • Lead and coordinate with technical teams to ensure client satisfaction
  • Drive focused campaigns

Required Skills:

  • Thorough understanding of dual shore business model and related win themes and value propositions
  • Candidate will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales opportunities. In order to be successful in this role and meet or exceed targets, this candidate should feel comfortable communicating with prospects in the US via phone, email and MS Teams
  • Must have experience in acquiring new blue-chip customers
  • Proven track record in winning long-term strategic deals
  • High-Energy and passion for success
  • Excellent Verbal, Written and Presentation skills
