About The Role
As Sales Leader, you will drive revenue growth and lead the go-to-market strategy for AI Labs 365 solutions across enterprise and institutional customers. This role combines strategic sales leadership with hands-on execution, requiring you to build, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales organization focused on AI-powered and trust-centric platforms.
You will work closely with Product, Delivery, and Leadership teams to drive new customer acquisition, expand strategic accounts, and position AI Labs 365 as a market leader in credentialing, assessment, and verification solutions. Success in this role will be measured through revenue growth, strategic partnerships, team performance, and market expansion.

What You Will Do
- Own overall revenue targets for AI Labs 365 offerings across markets
- Define and execute GTM strategies for AI Labs platforms and solutions
- Lead, mentor, and scale a team of Sales Managers and Business Development Managers
- Drive net-new logo acquisition and strategic account expansion through the sales team
- Personally lead and close large, strategic, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
- Coach teams on AI-led, consultative, and value-based selling methodologies
- Set sales targets, territories, quotas, and performance metrics
- Conduct pipeline reviews, deal inspections, and forecast calls regularly
- Collaborate with Product, AI Labs, and Delivery teams for solutioning and Proof of Concepts (PoCs)
- Act as the senior escalation point for key enterprise customers and partners
- Build and foster a high-performance sales culture focused on accountability and outcomes
- Develop strategic relationships with CXOs and senior enterprise stakeholders
- Analyze market opportunities, customer trends, and competitive positioning
What We Are Looking For
- Strong experience in enterprise sales, SaaS, AI, or IT consulting environments
- Proven ability to lead and scale high-performing sales teams
- Demonstrated success in exceeding revenue targets through team leadership
- Expertise in consultative and complex solution selling
- Strong understanding of AI-powered platforms and enterprise SaaS business models
- Experience engaging and influencing CXOs and senior decision-makers
- Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and sales operations discipline
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-scaling environments
- Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales, SaaS, AI, or IT consulting
- Prior experience selling AI-driven or platform-led solutions is preferred
- Background in EdTech, certification, assessment, or compliance platforms is an advantage
- Exposure to AI + Blockchain or trust-centric systems is preferred
- Proven experience building and scaling GTM functions in growth-stage environments
