I. Hiring specifications
Job Purpose:Assist in growing the business in the south region in order to meet the organisation's strategic business plan both in the near term and the long term for mobile robotics business.
Role Expectations:
- Identifies and profiles the potential market for the company's products (mobile robotic solutions) and services on a continuing basis
- Is able to craft solutions, under guidance, to meet business needs of the organisation
- Works towards both near term and long term objectives in business growth in a planned manner
- Able to influence clients at different operational levels specially to close orders
- Understands the technical nature of the products and their applications
- Is both systemic in approach and creative in terms of solutions
- Reporting structure: Role will report into DGM-Business Development Mobile Robotics
- Interactions: Internal Stakeholders: Sales, Lead Generation team and Solutioning Team, Project Manager MR
- External Stakeholders: Customers at CXO level, Plant heads etc.
II. PEOPLE SPECIFICATIONS
Profile: Ideally
- Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics /Electrical & Electronics/Electronics & communication /Instrumentation
- 5-7 years of Sales and Marketing experience in industrial automation products such as VFDs,PLCs, servo systems, material handling automation, and machine automation.
- Industrial automation selling experience is mandatory
Requisites: Exposure to sales and marketing with consultative / solution selling within manufacturing, automotive, or technology-driven industries.
