Job Summary

Scandron Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced Sales Lead / Senior Business Development Manager to drive business growth for our drone and UAV solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in product-based companies, with exposure to drone/UAV technology. Candidates with a defence background or experience working with defence and government clients will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the company's presence in defence, government, and enterprise sectors.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for drone and UAV solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with defence organizations, government agencies, and key clients.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, client meetings, proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Coordinate with pre-sales, engineering, and product teams to provide suitable solutions to customers.
  • Handle tenders, RFPs, and government procurement processes.
  • Represent the company in industry events, client meetings, and product demonstrations.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in B2B (Business-to-Business) and enterprise sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to handle technical product sales and long sales cycles.
  • Experience managing key accounts and strategic partnerships.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Business / Management.
  • MBA in Sales / Marketing will be an added advantage.
  • 10+ years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in Drone, Aerospace, Defence, or Product-based technology companies.

Preferred Background

  • Experience in Drone / UAV industry.
  • Prior exposure to Defence sector projects or government clients.
  • Experience in product-based technology companies.
