Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Sales Lead. In this position, the Sales Lead will oversee sales operations, manage a team, provide training, and actively contribute to customer service initiatives. Responsibilities also include maintaining client relationships, driving sales strategies, and delivering high-quality service to meet targets and business goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to meet and exceed targets effectively.
  • Experience in mentoring and providing Training to guide and develop high-performing sales teams.
  • Exceptional organizational and leadership skills for managing teams and achieving business objectives.
  • Ability to work onsite in New Delhi with a dynamic and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Requirements

Bachelor's B2C Sales experience atleast 4-5+ yrs (Customer facing not B2B experience)

Startup experience and should have managed a team

Drive Revenue Growth

Manage & build team

Overview teams design & delivery of an event and customer experience

Give constant feedback on what we can do to improve sales
