  • About the Role

Real Capital Ventures is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead sales operations, drive revenue growth, and manage a high-performing sales team in Bangalore's premium, luxury, and ultra-luxury real estate market. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, in-depth market knowledge, and a proven track record of delivering exceptional sales results within the real estate channel partner ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of property consultants and sales executives.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and maximize conversions. • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, channel partners, and clients.
  • Monitor sales pipelines, lead management, and conversion performance.
  • Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews for team members.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market intelligence and competitor analysis.
  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead generation efforts and improve conversion rates.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Real Estate Channel Partner Firm in Bangalore.
  • Proven experience in a Senior Sales Manager, Sales Manager, or Team Leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of the Bangalore real estate market and developer ecosystem. Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong team management and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience handling premium, luxury, or ultra-luxury real estate projects is preferred.
