Responsibilities:

To own the Sales funnel & drive Sales Closure

Sales funnel Management.

Output - Higher conversion rate

Achieving sales target of 12-15 projects month on month through a team of 6-10

designers. Output - Get new projects bookings

Customer experience & relationship management

Training designers to do sales & enabling them to achieve their targets

Qualification:

5+ years of work-experience as Business Development and Growth

3+ years experience in B2C Sales -Team Handling

Bachelor's Qualification: Any - (B-Arch B-Tech, Commerce) - Masters/ Specialization:

MBA Tier 2
