About the role:
We at Leap are looking to hire a Sales Lead in our Premium product that helps ambitious Indian students get access to the best overseas universities with personalized guidance and top-tier mentorship.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a high-performing Premium sales team driving monthly and quarterly targets along with individual targets.
Driving a business from zero to one for our pilot project
Use data to drive team strategy from funnel health to pitch quality.
Monitor team health and keep motivation levels high.
Own the revenue number and forecast accurately.
Drive a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Ideal Persona:
3+ years of proven B2C sales experience with Study abroad or edtech (premium sales preferred).
12 years in a sales leadership role managing a team.
Hands-on with CRM tools and sales dashboards.
Strong coaching, mentoring, and motivational skills.
Ambitious, self-driven, and resilient
Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving approach.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
