We are seeking a talented and motivated Lead Generation Specialist / Presales Consultant to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in identifying potential clients, nurturing leads, and supporting the sales team in closing deals. Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation:
  • Research, identify, and qualify prospective clients across targeted industries.
  • Develop and maintain a database of potential leads using CRM tools.
  • Generate leads through email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and other channels.
  • Presales Support:
  • Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
  • Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and case studies to showcase Mavenbird's expertise.
  • Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to align solutions with client needs.
  • Client Engagement:
  • Act as the first point of contact for potential clients and establish strong relationships.
  • Schedule and conduct discovery calls to understand client goals and challenges.
  • Market Analysis:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market demands to identify opportunities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the sales team for refining strategies.
  • Metrics & Reporting:
  • Track and report lead generation activities, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
  • Optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in lead generation, presales, or a similar role, preferably in the IT or e-commerce industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales cycles and customer relationship management.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and lead generation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to create engaging proposals and presentations.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data.
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach.
