Sales & Lead Generation Specialist / Intern

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales & Lead Generation Specialist/Intern, located in Jaipur. The role involves identifying and engaging with potential clients, generating leads, and nurturing customer relationships. The individual will collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies, provide excellent customer service, and assist in managing sales operations. Additional responsibilities include supporting training initiatives and contributing to the development of sales campaigns.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with potential clients and nurture relationships
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to identify opportunities, generate leads, and achieve sales targets
• Ability to provide support for Training and knowledge-sharing initiatives with clients and peers
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset for working in dynamic teams
• Proactive approach with problem-solving abilities and a goal-oriented attitude
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills is a plus
