Job Description

Job Title: Sales & Lead Generation Intern

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Mode: Remote (Hyderabad-based candidates)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM - EST

Work Week: 5 Days (Weekends Off)

Stipend: 15,000 per month

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Sales & Lead Generation Executive who will be responsible for handling incoming inquiries, generating qualified leads, following up with customers and converting interest into paid customers for our job application services.

This role requires strong communication, disciplined follow-up, and comfort with sales conversations. This is not a passive customer support role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Handling & Qualification
  • Respond to inbound inquiries from customers interested in our services.
  • Generate additional leads through outreach, referrals, and online platforms
  • Customer Follow-Up & Sales
  • Follow up consistently via calls, WhatsApp, email, or CRM tools
  • Explain NextGenApply.AI services clearly, including process, pricing, and benefits
  • Address questions, objections, and concerns professionally
  • Convert qualified leads into paying customers
  • Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records
  • Track conversions, follow-ups, and daily activity
  • Meet weekly and monthly lead conversion targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of customers

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in any specialization.
  • Strong persuasion and follow-up skills
  • Comfortable speaking with U.S.-based customers
  • Self-disciplined and reliable in a remote work environment
  • Personal laptop and stable internet connection

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hyderabad-based candidates
  • Prior experience in sales, inside sales, lead generation, or customer acquisition
  • Familiarity with Excel, CRM tools, or lead tracking systems
