Job Title: Sales Lead Enterprise

Band : B5 / B7

Location : Kerala

Job Description

  • Drive revenue growth in the range of INR 2-3 Cr, focusing on Fintech products or lending technology.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies, manage lead generation, and build strong customer relationships.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities to inform strategy.
  • Take ownership of sales forecasting, budgeting, and risk management to achieve financial goals.
  • Lead proposal, contract negotiations, and pricing discussions to close deals effectively.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations to showcase Fintech or lending technology solutions.
  • Manage CRM systems, track sales performance, and generate reports to ensure targets are consistently met.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and optimize lead-generation efforts.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, handling objections and managing follow-ups to deal closure.
  • Adapt to changing market conditions, continuously improving sales processes for better performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve INR 2-3 Cr revenue targets in Fintech or lending technology.
  • Drive lead generation efforts, qualifying prospects, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities in the Fintech or lending technology sector.
  • Manage proposals, contract negotiations, and pricing discussions to ensure successful deal closures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations tailored to Fintech solutions.
  • Oversee CRM management, sales reporting, and performance tracking to meet revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies and optimize lead-generation efforts.
  • Monitor sales performance, providing insights and adjustments to ensure consistent success.
  • Train, mentor, and develop sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred).

Proven experience of 4-6 years in sales management with a strong track record of achieving revenue goals of around 2 Cr per annum

Strong expertise in Fintech Industry

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Strong proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and mentor a team.
