Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Product Manager to join our team in Bangalore. You will be responsible for shaping and executing the product roadmap, with a focus on delivering innovative features and scalable solutions for our global EOR platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the product roadmap in alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to launch new features.
• Gather and analyze feedback from users, stakeholders, and market trends.
• Translate product requirements into detailed user stories and specifications.
• Monitor product performance and iterate based on data-driven insights.
• Ensure compliance with global employment regulations through product features.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in HRTech, SaaS, or FinTech.
• Strong understanding of global payroll, compliance, or EOR systems is a plus.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Based in Bangalore or willing to relocate immediately.
