Role Overview
We are seeking a Head of Sales to build, lead, and scale our India and US sales function. This role will own revenue growth, build and manage a team of Sales Specialists, and establish strong sales processes suited to high-value financial advisory services. The role requires a hands-on leader who can personally close India- and U.S.-based deals while mentoring and developing the sales team. You will work closely with the Founder and senior advisory teams to align sales strategy with service depth and long-term client relationships.
