Role: Sales Lead - Loyalty & Rewards
Location: Bangalore
What are we looking for
We are seeking an experienced Sales Lead to drive growth in our B2B Loyalty & Rewards solutions. The
ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise sales, client relationship management, and
solution selling, with deep understanding of loyalty programs, rewards platforms, and customer
engagement strategies. This role requires strong leadership, consultative selling skills, and the ability to
build long-term partnerships with corporate clients.
Requirements:
Lead sales strategy and execution for B2B Loyalty & Rewards solutions.
Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate clients across industries (Retail, BFSI, Telecom,
FMCG, etc.).
Build and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on loyalty and rewards
programs.
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, proposal development, negotiations, and deal
closure.
Achieve revenue targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in loyalty & rewards.
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior sales team members.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
3 -5 years of experience in B2B sales of loyalty/rewards or customer engagement domain.
Strong knowledge of loyalty programs, rewards platforms, and customer engagement
solutions.
Proven track record in B2B enterprise sales with large accounts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand client business models and design tailored loyalty solutions.
Experience in consultative and solution-based selling.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
