ROLE PURPOSE
The Sales Lead – UHNI Membership Acquisition will be responsible for identifying, engaging, nurturing, and converting Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNIs), Promoters, Entrepreneurs, Family Business Owners, CXOs, Investors, and Business Leaders into members of Aurum CoNexus.
This role requires a highly polished professional with strong relationship-building capabilities, access to affluent networks, and a proven track record in luxury sales, private banking, wealth management, luxury hospitality, luxury real estate, or premium membership sales.
The individual will act as a brand ambassador for Aurum CoNexus and represent the organization at high-profile networking events, private gatherings, and business forums.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS (KRAs)
KRA 1: Membership Sales & Revenue Generation
- Drive acquisition of UHNI and HNI members for Aurum CoNexus.
- Generate qualified prospects through networking, referrals, introductions, and relationship mapping.
- Conduct one-on-one consultative meetings with prospective members.
- Present the Aurum CoNexus value proposition effectively.
- Convert prospects into paid members.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual membership revenue targets.
KRA 2: Relationship Development
- Build strong relationships with:
- Business Owners
- CXOs
- Investors
- Family Business Leaders
- Startup Founders
- Private Wealth Clients
- Develop trust-based long-term relationships.
- Maintain engagement with prospects through personalized interactions.
KRA 3: Referral & Network Expansion
- Generate referrals from existing members.
- Develop strategic alliances with:
- Wealth Management Firms
- Family Offices
- Luxury Brands
- Private Banks
- Business Associations
- Golf Clubs
- Premium Hospitality Networks
- Build a sustainable referral ecosystem.
KRA 4: Event-Based Sales
- Represent Aurum CoNexus at networking events.
- Host prospective members at curated experiences.
- Leverage events for lead generation and conversions.
- Ensure seamless prospect engagement before, during, and after events.
KRA 5: Member Experience & Retention Support
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new members.
- Coordinate with the Member Relations team.
- Gather member feedback and identify opportunities for upgrades.
- Support renewal and retention initiatives.
KRA 6: CRM & Pipeline Management
- Maintain complete prospect records.
- Track lead lifecycle from prospecting to closure.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts.
- Provide weekly and monthly sales reports.
