Role Summary KAM Role
Own the
end-to-end success, experience, and revenue of partner accounts, covering program delivery, stakeholder satisfaction, renewals, collections, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Program execution & outcomes
- Ensure smooth implementation across accounts
- Track student engagement and learning outcomes
- Identify gaps and drive corrective actions
Onboarding & training
- Lead onboarding and teacher training
- Enable effective and independent program execution
Stakeholder management
- Manage relationships with account leadership, principals, teachers, and parents
- Act as single point of contact and handle escalations
Value creation & perception
- Drive value perception across parents, students, account management, and teachers by showcasing outcomes and impact, while building strong relationships to improve satisfaction and retention
Collections & renewals
- Ensure timely collections and track outstanding payments
- Drive renewals and minimize churn
Account growth
- Identify upsell opportunities and expand within accounts
Data & coordination
- Track usage, performance, collections, and renewals
- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth execution
Field engagement
- Visit accounts regularly for reviews and support

Skills & Experience
- 5 years in edtech / customer success / account management / Sales
