Position: Key Account Manager - Schools (Renewals, Collections & Growth)

Location: Hyderabad and Vijaywada

Remuneration: Rs 4.5 - 5.5 Lakhs per Annum

Experience: 3 - 5 Years

Role Summary KAM Role

Own the end-to-end success, experience, and revenue of partner accounts, covering program delivery, stakeholder satisfaction, renewals, collections, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Program execution & outcomes

  • Ensure smooth implementation across accounts
  • Track student engagement and learning outcomes
  • Identify gaps and drive corrective actions

Onboarding & training

  • Lead onboarding and teacher training
  • Enable effective and independent program execution

Stakeholder management

  • Manage relationships with account leadership, principals, teachers, and parents
  • Act as single point of contact and handle escalations

Value creation & perception

  • Drive value perception across parents, students, account management, and teachers by showcasing outcomes and impact, while building strong relationships to improve satisfaction and retention

Collections & renewals

  • Ensure timely collections and track outstanding payments
  • Drive renewals and minimize churn

Account growth

  • Identify upsell opportunities and expand within accounts

Data & coordination

  • Track usage, performance, collections, and renewals
  • Work with internal teams to ensure smooth execution

Field engagement

  • Visit accounts regularly for reviews and support

KPIs

  • Adoption & outcomes
  • Stakeholder satisfaction
  • Collection efficiency
  • Renewal rate
  • Account growth

Skills & Experience

  • 5 years in edtech / customer success / account management / Sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • High ownership and data-driven approach
