Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales role for ISO Tanks, based in Hyderabad. The Sales professional will focus on developing and managing business for ISO tank services by identifying prospects, generating leads, and converting opportunities into long-term customer relationships. Daily responsibilities include meeting potential and existing customers, presenting service offerings, preparing quotations, negotiating terms, and closing deals in alignment with company targets. The role involves coordinating closely with operations, pricing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of shipments and high service quality. The individual will also monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, while preparing regular sales reports and participating in internal sales reviews and training initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-facing capabilities, including Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships.
- Proven track record in Sales and Sales Management, preferably in logistics, ISO tanks, or related shipping and bulk liquid sectors.
- Experience in Training or mentoring team members or partners on service offerings, processes, and best practices.
- Solid negotiation, presentation, and business development skills with a target-driven and results-oriented approach.
- Understanding of logistics operations, ISO tank solutions, and international trade practices is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
- Ability to work on-site, travel locally or regionally for client visits, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and basic CRM usage; familiarity with digital sales tools is an advantage.
