Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Conduct pre-sales calls to prospective clients and pitch company products/services based on their requirements.
Generate, maintain, and manage leads and client databases in an organized manner.
Follow up with interested clients and schedule meetings/discussions when required.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure maximum retention and satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams, logistics, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
Analyze lead quality and contribute towards reaching the right target audience.
Maintain accurate sales reports, lead trackers, and client records using Excel and internal tools.
Eligibility Criteria
Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Hindi.
Strong interpersonal and client-handling abilities.
Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative independently.
Good organizational and coordination skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management.
Willingness to learn and grow in the field of sales and client management.
