Job Description

The selected intern will play a key role in supporting the sales team and enhancing the overall client experience.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Coordinate with sales leadership and team to plan and schedule client meetings
  • Understand client requirements and curate relevant property options for presentation
  • Organize and manage site visits to ensure a seamless sales experience
  • Maintain and update accurate records in the CRM system
  • Track leads across the sales funnel and ensure data accuracy
  • Analyze sales data and client trends to support reporting and decision-making
  • Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their requirements and preferences
  • Provide personalized property recommendations and address client queries
  • Manage client communication through calls, emails, and meetings
  • Conduct timely follow-ups and resolve client concerns effectively
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent service
