Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Management & Conversion

Call and follow up with incoming leads and inquiries.

Understand student requirements and career goals.

Explain institute programs, course structure, and career opportunities.

Convert inquiries into admissions through effective counseling.

  • Admissions Counseling

Guide students and parents regarding suitable courses.

Schedule and confirm institute visit appointments.

Conduct follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.

Assist candidates through the complete admission process.

  • Sales Support

Maintain lead database and update CRM/records daily.

Track conversion status and admission pipeline.

Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets.

  • Operational Support

Assist in daily institute administrative tasks.

Coordinate with academic and marketing teams.

Support events, seminars, and counseling sessions when required.
