Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Intern whose primary responsibility will be making outbound calls to potential customers and converting them into sales. This role is ideal for someone confident on the phone, persuasive, and target-driven.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make daily outbound sales calls to potential customers
  • Pitch company products/services clearly and confidently
  • Explain benefits, pricing, and offers to prospect
  • Handle objections and answer customer questions
  • Follow up with interested leads to close sales
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in the CRM system
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
  • Report call performance and conversion rates
