Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties based on their needs and preferences.
  • Arrange, coordinate, and manage property site visits to provide clients with firsthand experience of available options.
  • Update and maintain accurate client records in the CRM or database.
  • Follow up with potential leads to nurture relationships and convert inquiries into successful sales.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to negotiate and finalize property deals.
  • Stay updated on current projects, pricing, features, and market trends to provide informed guidance to clients.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries to ensure excellent customer service and build long-term relationships.
