Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Inside Sales Intern to support our sales and business development team. The intern will assist in lead generation, customer engagement, and sales coordination while gaining hands-on experience in inside sales operations.
Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and qualify potential leads through various channels
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups with prospective customers
- Support the sales team in scheduling meetings, product demos, and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM and sales tracking systems
- Assist in preparing sales reports and analyzing outreach performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to support sales initiatives and campaigns
Requirements:
- 6 months- 1 Year experience for related domain.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to engage professionally with customers and prospects
- Basic understanding of sales processes; training will be provided
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Workspace, or CRM tools is an advantage
