Role Objective

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Intern to drive retail occupancy and support overall property growth. This role focuses exclusively on direct-to-consumer sales and requires a proactive approach to lead generation and conversion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and initiate contact with potential residents, targeting both working professionals and students.
  • Execute initial sales pitches and coordinate property viewings for prospective tenants.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date lead pipelines and performance dashboards using Microsoft Excel.
  • Support the core sales team in meeting targeted retail occupancy metrics.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure a streamlined onboarding process for all new residents.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong, direct communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting purposes.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage high-volume outreach effectively.
  • Driven, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Stipend: ₹5,000 to ₹10,000 per month (commensurate with the candidate's profile and experience).
