Role Objective
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Intern to drive retail occupancy and support overall property growth. This role focuses exclusively on direct-to-consumer sales and requires a proactive approach to lead generation and conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and initiate contact with potential residents, targeting both working professionals and students.
- Execute initial sales pitches and coordinate property viewings for prospective tenants.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date lead pipelines and performance dashboards using Microsoft Excel.
- Support the core sales team in meeting targeted retail occupancy metrics.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure a streamlined onboarding process for all new residents.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- Strong, direct communication and interpersonal skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage high-volume outreach effectively.
- Driven, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Stipend: ₹5,000 to ₹10,000 per month (commensurate with the candidate's profile and experience).
