About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated freshers who are interested in building a career in B2B IT Services Sales. As a Sales Intern, you will work closely with the business development team to identify potential customers, generate leads, conduct market research, and support the sales process for Managed IT Services, Cloud Solutions, Microsoft Licensing, Cybersecurity, and IT Infrastructure Services.
This is a paid internship with an opportunity for full-time employment based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential customers through LinkedIn, company websites, and online directories.
- Generate and qualify leads through email campaigns, cold calling, networking, and social media outreach.
- Schedule meetings and product/service demonstrations for senior sales team members.
- Maintain and update CRM records with prospect and customer information.
- Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and quotations.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain communication throughout the sales cycle.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis.
- Support digital marketing and lead-generation activities.
- Participate in sales training and product knowledge sessions.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic understanding of computers, cloud technologies, or IT services.
- Confidence in speaking with prospective customers.
- Good research and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace is preferred.
- Willingness to learn sales techniques and business development processes.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree or pursuing final year in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with internship experience in sales, marketing, or customer service will have an advantage.

Compensation
- Paid Internship Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on skills and performance)
