B. About Your Role

We are looking for a Sales Intern (Business Development Intern) to join our Sales & Business Development team. In this role, you will support lead generation, prospecting, and early-stage outreach activities, helping to drive pipeline growth and new client opportunities.

The ideal candidate is proactive, curious, organized, and eager to learnsomeone who takes initiative, embraces challenges, and is excited to gain hands-on experience in B2B sales and client engagement.

C. Key Responsibilities

Research potential clients and identify target prospects using LinkedIn, databases, and industry platforms to build a strong sales pipeline.

Generate qualified leads by compiling prospect lists aligned with the company's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

Execute outreach through telephone calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to initiate conversations with prospective clients.

Maintain and update lead data in the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking of prospects and interactions.

Support the sales team by scheduling meetings between qualified prospects and senior sales leaders.

Follow up with prospects to maintain engagement and move opportunities forward in the sales pipeline.

Assist in preparing outreach messages, prospect communication, and sales collateral when required.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies and lead generation efforts.

D. Required Qualifications & Experience

Education

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience

  • Internship or project experience in sales, marketing, research, or business development is a plus but not mandatory.

Essential technical skills

  • Strong communication and research skills
  • Basic understanding of sales or business development processes
  • Ability to organize and manage prospect information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

Preferredbut not mandatory

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, or sales outreach platforms
  • Interest in B2B sales and professional services industries.

  • Stipend: INR 10,000 per month
  • Work Schedule: Office
  • Nature: Full time Internship for six months
  • Shift: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST
  • Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand
